We would like to know who really believes in gay rights on LiveJournal. There is no bribe of a miracle or anything like that. If you truly believe in gay rights, then repost this and title the post as "Gay Rights". If you don't believe in gay rights, then just ignore this. Thanks.

I'm going to ignore it under the 'I can believe what I want without feeling the need to validate it anywhere other then a potentially worthy cause' act of it's my own journal and I don't really need people trying to guilt me into posting something because if I don't I'm an asshole.

After some of the incredibly interesting people I've had the misfortune of meeting lately, it's something I felt should be said. (Nobody I'm currently working with, and nobody I'm calling "friend". More like, a stranger passing me on the street - I'm still trying to determine "stranger than what".)

I agree with their right of free speech, if not their ideas. They object to my right of free speech, if only because my opinions are so different from theirs. I guess they feel as threatened by my opinions as I feel theirs are ill-informed and thereby annoying.

Where my company is located, we have a few in the vacinity who apparently feel threatened by gay rights and chain letters. I'm therefore annoying them twice.

There needs to be an addition to the end of this meme - "If you don't believe in gay rights or guilt meme spam, then just ignore this."

Nothing against you, I'm just really bothered by the wording of this particular meme.
