"It's full of Fail" - 2001, A Fail Odyssey

2) The first sentence of this article says it all: "A Rhode Island man faces charges after the cigarette he was smoking inside a car apparently ignited fireworks." Illegal fireworks, sitting at his feet. Cruising for a Darwin, neighbour?
3) Police expect house cat, find cougar. Oops.
4) "Want to be DOCTOR!" announces the home-made poster. Our Tarzan-tongued friend, it turns out on closer inspection, doesn't want to be a doctor himself, he wants to help those who want to become doctors, by tutoring them in high school subjects. Hopefully English isn't one of the subjects he's offering...
