Interview update

I had the interview. The company seems OK, the owner seems like a good guy (unlike other places I've worked recently...).

We talked for about an hour, without any awkward silent spaces. He wants to have a second interview with me.

Note: this is the first interview he's had for the position. He'll have them the rest of this week, then at the end of next week his controller gets back from vacation and they have their second round.

You know we're behind you a bajillion percent, Gary. You're a guy who doesn't need luck; employers will see your track record at OY (I made a funny!) and if they don't want a guy like that on payroll, then they're stupid-heads. :D

If they're not stupid-heads, then maybe the issue is that the position and I aren't a good fit. I can do this job; the question is, is this a company I will enjoy working for?
