When last we met, gentle reader, the lights were out all over Victoria Park Avenue - or at least the pedestrian bridge spanning said roadway, connecting subway station and the complex I reside in.

Tonight, the place is lit up like a Las Vegas casino.

You go man!!! I'd just put up with that kind of thing and never say anything. People like you are valued by many. My Dad said in retail, that if one customer complained that it was to be considered as if 10 customers had complained because there are often more people who won't speak up than there are that will.
