The pisse-pauvre Google attempt at translating the website is here.
At any rate, we're talking about a cafe where the theme is "cat girls". (Thought that might get![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
csi_toyko3's attention.)
There are some extras available: BiC lighters, heart-shaped trays with the cafe's logo embossed, and a little box containing a number of goodies (pictures of the waitstaff in nekomimi mode, sweets, that sort of thing).
It has now apparently been open a year.
