The SCO Group (SCOX), noted litigation house ("The world owes us $699 per server!!") and erstwhile Linux distributor, has just filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.

After the announcement, their stock fell 46% in value, to the surprise of all those bagholders who still owned stock in the firm.

Well, they did say they were going to pursue this "to our utter destruction". Glad we didn't disappoint them.

Just got off the phone with Riot. I've had just a single of The Glenlivet, still feeling lightheaded.

I've been desperately trying to feel some smidgen of remorse. The only smidgen of remorse I'm feeling at the moment: maybe I should have had something in the old tummy when I had that Glenlivet.
