I think he just had an accident. The security guard, I mean. Lucky for him we're not too far from a clothing store where he can buy replacement underwear.
(It was OK, just a car fire - mostly out by the time the fire department arrived. Great place to have a car fire, right under a sprinkler head.)

This is the same idiot who told us that unlike the last few eclipses of the moon, the latest would be quite visible because of a lack of recent volcanic activity on the moon.
