You may have thought the story apocryphal. Nobody could be THAT arrogant, could they?
No, it isn't, yes he is, and...
he's baaack. Apparently he believes that the District of Columbia had no business refusing to reappoint him.
I like how Peter J. Nickles, interim D.C. attorney general, responded to the suit: "He needs to stop filing lawsuits."
