Phishing alert
Jul. 8th, 2008 10:25 amI got another phishing spam, from someone pretending to be TD Canada Trust. It was fairly well done, too.
Do NOT respond to any e-mail from your bank that asks you to log into your account via a link they've kindly provided. It's not real; no real bank will ever ask you to do this.
TD Canada Trust has been notified; I've also forwarded the e-mail (their response gave me the e-mail to send it to, which is fortunate because I couldn't find it on their website!).
