Disgaia and disorientation

lordshipmayhemFirst of all: Disgaia goodness. As predicted, the anime is coming out (and look at those times: 1:15 or 2:15 in the morning...).
Second: Was one of less than a dozen at the URAnime showing tonight. The only show they got that was on the schedule: Bleach. Started half-hour late (which was good, because I got there a half-hour late, thanks to an accident at Spadina and Adelaide that backed up the streetcars onto King, which buggered up everything headed to the east side of the downtown core).
As a result of that, I won the Azumanga Daiyo first DVD complete with artbox and pins, which... yes... you guessed it... I already have. Mel and Phil have first crack if they don't already have it too.
And I got to see the first episode of Aria. It's based on a very nice, gentle, easy-going manga that ADV brought out a year or more ago. It is a very nice, gentle, easy-going anime. It will bore the living piss out of Carnage before the opening credits roll, guaranteed, but it is still a very nice little anime with cute character designs, suitable for all ages.

Anybody available to give my Dad a ride from Oshawa to Sunnybrooke Hospital on Tuesday, April 18? He has an appointment there at 2:00.
